Update for 12/5

New Belgium's La Folie has just rolled through the door. More on this one from the brewery:

"La Folie Wood-Aged Biere, is our original wood-conditioned beer, resting in French Oak barrels between one and three years before being hand bottled, numbered and corked for your enjoyment. Brewmaster, Peter Bouckaert, came to us from Rodenbach – home of the fabled sour red. Our La Folie emulates the spontaneous fermentation beers of Peter’s beloved Flanders with sour apple notes, a dry effervescence, and earthy undertones."

We also received one case of Silver City's Whoop Pass Double IPA.

"Without a doubt the boldest, hoppiest, biggest mother of a brew we have ever created. More than 50 lbs. of Washington State Cascade and Columbus hops are infused, injected, or otherwise inflicted upon a single batch. Welcome to hop country! 9% ABV "

Also in this week, Fish Brewing's Winter Fish:

This is the Cascadian ale brewed for the season of celebrations. Very pale and full bodied with a rich flavor imparted by Pale and Honey malt and assertively friendly hop character, Winterfish will put a glow in your cheeks and warmth in your heart. The hop profile is quite distinct, featuring 100% Yakima "Chinook hops in the kettle for bittering, flavor and aroma. In fact, this is the hoppiest beer yet from the Mighty Fish Brewers, and perhaps the hoppiest Winter seasonal you’ll have the pleasure to taste this year."

And last but not least, a new shipment of the Pike Entire Wood-Aged Stout has arrived. We unfortunately have to impose a limit of 3 bottles per customer because this shipment was very limited and we don't expect it to last long.

That's all for today, Have a great weekend and hopefully we'll see you tonight at Brouwer's for Round Two of Big Wood!
