Thursday, June 14th we're hosting a beer and food pairing event you won't want to miss. Gary from Gary's Gumbo will be here dishing out his Chicken and Andouille Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffée and even Vegan Gumbo and we'll be supplying beers to match. Gary is an affable Texan transplant who missed a taste of home and started his own gumbo business here in Wallingford and we're really stoked to help him show off his delicious recipes. Action is from 6-8PM, three bucks gets ya some gumbo and brew.
