Cigar Spotlight #3

This cigar spotlight is about one of the Rocky Patel cigars we carry. Rocky Patel's Fifteen Anniversary needs no explanation as to its inspiration but here's a quick rundown of what it's made of. Both filler and binder leaf is typical Rocky Patel Nicaraguan but it's bound in a Cuban seed Ecuadorian wrapper. Rocky Patel's aim with this was to make a beefed up version of their popular "Decade" (which we also carry). Meticulously constructed with a triple cap and boxed pressed (a personal preference of mine), we carry both a Toro 6 1/2"X52 and a Robusto 5"X50. Despite the dark oily wrapper, I found this one medium bodied with peppery cedar balanced by an aniseed spice character. If these sell as quick as the Thunder by Nimish did, you should grab them quick while you've got the chance.
