Here's an update on a few things coming up here at the shop:
Monday 14th & Tuesday 15th we will be CLOSED. Closed all day, both days, for staff enrichment activities/recovering from over-enrichment.
Sometime later this month we will debut our bottle list for in-house consumption only. The bottles will be primarily from our cellar and the list will constantly evolve. We hope this allows both locals and out-of-towners to enjoy the less-available, rarer offerings we've acquired in the comfort and bliss of the shop without the bottles being grabbed up and traded to distant cellars. This will be a new thing for us here so we'll probably start with a rather small list and add new beers to it as stocks get depleted.
On Thursday the 31st we'll be hosting Pike Brewing Company for a brewery night. The lovely Laura Stoudt from the brewery will be here to showcase their beers and we will be diving into our respective cellars to pull out a couple of treats to taste as well. Tasting runs from 5-7PM.
The very next day we will have a tasting with Uncommon Brewers. Head Brewer Alec will be here to share his beers, which will be available to go in cans. This one is an old school Bottleworks tasting, just stop by, drop a buck in the jar and you'll be on your way to four samples. Meet and greet Alec and maybe even Dan "the Muscle Man" Frueh.
